Add support for tcwg_gcc, tcwg_gnu_native and tcwg_gnu_cross, where we explicitly set what ABE defaults to, so that we know what to use as "pretty flags". Purpose of this function is to point on the same file (typically in the artifacts of a build) using the nginx simple server.
