    [HIP] Exclude every instance of templated catch test cases (#510)
    
    The `EXCLUDE_TESTS` (#500) passes each name to the catch executables as `exclude:<name>`. Catch2 registers each instance of a templated test case as `<name> - <type>`, so that spec matches none of them and is silently ignored.
    
    Each excluded name now also produces `'exclude:<name> - *'`, which matches only that test case's instances. It is single-quoted for the shell that runs the RUN lines, and the summary script passes the same specs through a bash array.
