    [PATCH] [testsuite, arm]: Skip vect-half-floats.c when mve.fp is enabled
    
    The test checks that we don't accidentally vectorize when fp16 is NOT
    enabled, so the test would fail when using
    e.g. -march=armv8.1-m.main+mve.fp.
