    [PATCH] gdb, amd-dbgapi-target: use PRIu64 and PRIu32
    
    In amd-dbgapi-target, there are a number of cases where uint64_t and
    uint32_t types are being printed.  The uint64_t cases are in
    particular about identifier handles obtained from the debug API.  For
