    [PATCH] gdb: rename YYSTACKDATA in generated parsers
    
    When building with byacc and -flto -Werror=odr, we get:
    
        ada-exp-parser-gen.c.tmp:1552:3: error: type 'struct YYSTACKDATA' violates the C++ One Definition Rule [-Werror=odr]
