    [PATCH] benchtests: Build benchmarks in parallel
    
    The unconditional '.NOTPARALLEL' in benchtests/Makefile forced the whole
    subdirectory to build serially, even though its only purpose is to keep
    the benchmark *runs* from perturbing each other's timing.
