    [PATCH 1/2] vect: place BB SLP vector code in the blocks of its scalar code [PR127246]
    
    The BB SLP schedule places the vector code of an operation right after its
    vector operands are available.  It places constants and externals at the
    region start or after the definition of their last scalar operand.  So
